Recognizable shifts
Use your own D1, D2, E1, N2, C1 or other calendar labels instead of repeatedly entering times and hours.
For the nights, the pickups, and the life in between. Put your rotation and personal plans in one calendar, estimate your gross pay, and check it against your paystub.
Save the shifts you actually work. Build your rotation once, make room for appointments and family plans, and turn recorded hours into an expected-gross estimate you can compare with your paystub.

Build repeating patterns, preserve exceptions, and keep history when swaps, leave or pickups change the plan.
Record pickups, on-call, callback and charge relief alongside your regular shifts. Keep the details that matter at payday.
Personal appointments and reminders live beside the schedule without competing with the work hierarchy.
For supported Rule Packs, ShiftHalo turns recorded work into an explainable expected-gross calculation: regular hours, overtime, differentials, weekends, add-ons, on-call/callback and other applicable components.
Custom profiles can still use user-entered rates and settings without claiming contractual verification.
The web beta compares gross pay and optional employer component amounts. Separate prior-period adjustments, then see which entered categories differ. Paystub PDF import remains a mobile-beta feature.
ShiftHalo estimates gross pay from your recorded work and selected settings. Enter the gross amount from the matching paystub to see the difference and save the comparison.
Timing estimates and unsupported situations are flagged for review. A total that matches does not prove every component is correct.
Retroactive pay, prior-period adjustments, incomplete entries and rounding can all explain a difference. The component review keeps missing amounts and estimated break allocations visible; it does not silently adjust your pay rules.
The plan: invite your partner or another shift worker, see when your schedules overlap, and coordinate the personal plans you choose to share.
Live sharing and shared editing are not available in this beta. The linked-calendar screen is a preview; schedules currently stay on each device.
Track employer opening balances, selected leave deductions and banked overtime in your own record. The balances below are illustrative. Annual resets remain manual, and ShiftHalo does not update employer records.
Verified ShiftHalo Rule Packs are intended to be built from the applicable agreement and incorporated provisions, then tested against real payroll scenarios before being labelled Verified.
Final pricing will be validated through beta behaviour before public subscriptions launch.
