Purpose
ShiftHalo provides shift scheduling, work-history, expected-pay calculation and payroll-review tools intended to help users organize work and understand payroll information.
Independent software tool
ShiftHalo is not an employer payroll system, payroll processor, union, legal service, tax service or collective-bargaining representative. Users should review results against their employment agreement, employer records and payroll statement and obtain appropriate professional, employer or union advice when needed.
Expected pay and verification
- Expected gross is calculated from the facts and rules available to ShiftHalo.
- A possible difference or needs-review result is not, by itself, proof of an employer payroll error.
- Prior-period corrections, retroactivity, incomplete inputs, local conditions and payroll rounding can affect comparisons.
- A Verified Rule Pack refers to a supported, versioned rules package for the stated scope; it does not guarantee that user-entered facts are correct.
- A Custom estimate relies on user-entered settings and is not a claim of contractual verification.
User responsibilities
Users are responsible for entering accurate work/pay information, reviewing assumptions and review flags, protecting their credentials, and avoiding patient information or unrelated third-party confidential information.
No clinical use
ShiftHalo is not a patient-care, medical-record, clinical-decision or emergency system.
Early access changes
Beta features, supported Rule Packs, pricing and availability can change as the product is tested. Paid subscription terms will be published before paid plans are enabled.
