Reporting a pay-calculation concern

Include the pay-period dates, work profile, relevant shift dates and paid hours, applicable overtime/premium/on-call/callback facts, ShiftHalo expected gross, employer gross for the same employer/pay period, and whether the employer statement contains prior-period corrections or retroactivity.

Do not send patient information. Do not send a full unredacted paystub unless support specifically requests a limited redacted section that is genuinely needed to investigate the calculation.

What the labels mean

Verified Rule Pack means ShiftHalo is using a supported, versioned rules package for the stated scope. Custom estimate means the result is based on user-entered settings and is not a claim of collective-agreement verification.

A possible difference is not automatically a confirmed payroll error. More information may be required before a comparison can be resolved.
