Current browser beta

The current browser beta can store user-entered work profile, shift templates, rotations, work/leave/personal calendar entries, expected-pay inputs and saved verification information in browser/device storage. Current local browser data is not a guaranteed cloud backup.

Early-access and feedback forms

Netlify hosts the early-access/beta forms. Form submissions can include contact information, profession/employment information, device/schedule information and free-text feedback, along with ordinary request metadata collected by the hosting service. New submissions are also emailed to shifthalo1@gmail.com for signup and support follow-up. Browser schedules and payroll calculations are not sent by the signup form.

What not to enter

Do not enter patient information, passwords, unrelated third-party confidential information, or full unredacted payroll documents. ShiftHalo is not a clinical-record system.

Production design commitments

• Collect only information needed to provide, secure and support ShiftHalo.
• Use authentication and authorization so users can access only their own records.
• Do not sell personal information or use payroll/calendar content for behavioural advertising.
• Keep payroll-sensitive/calendar contents out of third-party analytics where practical.
• Provide an account/data deletion process before public account-based release.
• Publish the production providers, retention practices and deletion behaviour before public launch.

Payroll verification data

ShiftHalo distinguishes supported Rule Pack calculations from Custom estimates. A gross-pay difference alone is not represented as proof of employer error; prior-period adjustments, incomplete inputs and other factors may require review.
